The 3-day event will bring together the wider Wiltshire Community of 470,000 residents with 17,000 serving personnel and some 45,000 veterans within the County

Sunday 30th June 2019 Midday – 1900

The volunteer roles are varied and include marshalling roles on Hudson’s field and at the shuttle bus locations.  There are designated shift patterns and a full briefing session, event t shirt and manual will be available to all volunteers, who in turn will be supported by designated team leaders.

We intend to run the briefing sessions for volunteers week commencing 17th June.  I appreciate that the time frame here is very short but hope that you are able to help.

Thank you in anticipation for your consideration of the above and I look forward to hearing from you in due course.  Please get in touch with the event planners at AFD2019@wiltshire.gov.uk if you would like any further information or would like to discuss this in more detail.
